Your Webiste and Marketing finally working together.
Performance is reviewed, messaging and CTAs are tested, and budgets are adjusted to improve ROI.
A system build on Psychology and ROI.
They look good, but they don’t convert. Built on opinions instead of behavior, they’re launched once and rarely reviewed. Traffic is random, budgets are fixed, and results are unclear.
We take a different approach. Every decision is based on audience analysis, psychology, and measurable ROI. Messaging, CTAs, and budgets are continuously tested and adjusted to improve performance — on purpose, not by chance.
Discovery & Audience Insight
(Audit, research, understanding who actually buys)
Positioning & Messaging
(What to say, to whom, and why it matters)
Website Built for Conversion
(Design + structure + CTAs + tracking)
Traffic & Follow-Up Systems
(SEO, email, social, but only what fits the business)
Review, Optimize, Improve
(Performance review, adjustments, better ROI over time, Continuous improvement loop)

We improved the effectiveness of an educational health campaign across email, Facebook, and Instagram by combining behavior-informed messaging, clear patient-focused language, and cohesive, professional visuals. In parallel, we identified and resolved underlying technical issues affecting email delivery — including domain authentication (DKIM) and related DNS configuration — resulting in a 20% increase in email open rates and more reliable performance measurement.
With modest promotion and no increase in ad spend, Instagram outperformed 100% of the clinic’s previous 50 posts, while Facebook outperformed 98% of recent content. Instagram achieved a $0.54 cost per link click, well below typical healthcare benchmarks. Performance gains were driven by clearer messaging, audience relevance, and a stable technical foundation — not increased spend.
This project represents the second major website iteration developed through a long-term collaboration with the Neilson Park Creative Centre. The work combined strategic planning with hands-on execution to modernize and stabilize the organization’s web presence as its needs evolved.
Strategy focused on content organization, audience clarity, and long-term maintainability, while execution included redesigning page templates, restructuring navigation, and preparing content for a clean migration. Technical decisions prioritized layout consistency, readability, and ease of future updates, ensuring the site could adapt without ongoing friction or dependency.
The result is a practical, well-structured website that supports day-to-day operations while remaining flexible enough to serve the Centre’s broader cultural mission over time.
Long Game Partners delivered a complete website and marketing foundation for Kyllor Automation.
This included brand development, a multi-page website design, domain and server setup, professional email configuration, and Google Analytics integration. The project was executed on a tight timeline with a clear launch plan, ensuring the business went live with the technical systems required to support measurement, lead tracking, and future optimization. This approach reflects a strategy-first mindset: build the right infrastructure first, then scale traffic and messaging based on real performance data.
In this call, we’ll review your current website and marketing at a high level — what’s working, what isn’t, and where performance is breaking down. We’ll look at messaging, conversion paths, and traffic quality to identify whether meaningful improvements are realistic.
